You can ask MY RMB AGENT LIMITED to delete your account and personal data here, without installing or opening the app. If you just want a break, you can deactivate your account in the app instead and come back at any time.
Verify it's you
Enter the email and password of your MY RMB AGENT account. This stops anyone else from deleting it.
Account deactivated at once
Your account is signed out on every device and can no longer be used while we process the request.

Our team checks nothing is owed either way, then erases or anonymises your personal data and emails you.
What happens to your data
Deleted or anonymised
- • Your name, email, phone and WhatsApp numbers on your profile
- • Your sign-in (email and password) — you can no longer log in
- • Saved recipients, saved suppliers, delivery addresses and in-app notifications
- • Marketing preferences — we stop all marketing emails
Kept for at least 5 years (required by law)
- • Records of payments, wallet transactions and RMB orders
- • Identity-verification (KYC) results and references
- • Security and audit logs, and fraud-prevention records
Nigerian anti-money-laundering law (MLPPA 2022, s.8) requires these records for at least five years after an account closes. They are stored securely, never used for marketing, and deleted afterwards.
Money and open orders
We never discard customer funds. If your wallet has a balance, or a payment, RMB order, procurement order or shipment is still in progress, your request is placed on hold and our team contacts you to settle it first — for example by refunding your balance to a bank account in your name. Deletion is completed once nothing is owed in either direction.

Reset your password first, then return to this page. If you no longer have access to your email address, contact support from any address and we will verify your identity before acting — we never delete an account on an unverified request.
